Ongoing Offerings and Podcasts

Our groups offer an array of weekly ongoing offerings free to the public. No prior meditation experience required to attend. Most programs offer meditation instruction upon request. All are welcome.

Open Public Sitting Hours

Margaree Area

Mondays at 7pm at Belle Cote Community centre.  Occasionally we have classes at 1pm as well.  Feel free to join for tea following.  Please check with Rebecca-Lynne as our use of the hall varies with other community activities

Tuesday’s from 6:45-8:15    At New Dawn Centre #206

Indian Brook – daily in the summer at Cabot Shores, 9:30am – call in advance 902 929 2584.   Meditation instruction available with Barbara Weinburg.
