Ongoing Offerings and Podcasts

Our groups offer an array of weekly ongoing offerings free to the public. No prior meditation experience required to attend. Most programs offer meditation instruction upon request. All are welcome.

Open Public Sitting and Classes

Margaree Area

Sundays at 2pm at Belle Cote Community centre.  Occasionally we have classes at 1pm as well.  Feel free to join for tea following.  Please check with Rebecca-Lynne as our use of the hall varies with other community activities and weather (it is Cape Breton!)

Mahayana Study Class – Every other thursday we are studying the Profound Treasury, a collection of the Buddhist teachings of Chogyam Trunpa.  Belle Cote – contact Kristine.

Tuesdays night sitting – from 6pm-7:30pm room 205 of New Dawn, Nepean Street in Sydney. – all are welcome! Meditation instruction is available on request for anyone who needs an introduction or a refresher.
