Ongoing Offerings and Podcasts

There are many groups that offer weekly ongoing group meditation that is open and free to the public.  No prior meditation experience required to attend.  Most programs offer meditation instruction upon request.  All are welcome.

Open Public Sitting and Classes

   Mahayana Study Class – Approximately every other Thursday we are studying the Profound Treasury, a collection of the Buddhist teachings of Chogyam Trungpa.  Belle Cote and Online – contact Kristine.

Tuesdays night 6pm-7:30pm room 205 of New Dawn, Nepean Street in Sydney.  Currently we are reading and discussing Ani Pema Chodron‘s Book The Places That Scare You.  All are welcome!
