Membership Form

Thank you so much for wanting to be a member.

As a non-profit organization and all-volunteer run centre, we very much appreciate your support.  Your financial support, membership dues will be added to any other donations you are making to Shambhala Canada, meaning they are tax deductible. A charitable tax receipt will be sent to you in January or February for next year’s tax season.

We are still setting this up but eventually we will be able to offer that membership dues can be paid in a variety of ways (Interac E-transfer, Direct payment, Credit card or PayPal).  After submitting your information on the form below, you will have two online options:- Paypal or Credit card payment.  For Paypal payment, please continue to sign in to your Paypal account to complete the transfer.  For Credit card option, please put in your credit card information.  For Interact E-tranfer or Direct payment, please contact our treasurer.

Please note that you can increase or decrease your monthly contributions at any time if your financial circumstances change.  Annual or one-time donations are also greatly appreciated.
